After a wonderful evening at last month’s Feast on the Farm we are in cahoots with Slow Pig to organise the next event. October 3rd will be a Moroccan style feast again using ingredients sourced within 5 miles of Dewslake Farm  –  BOOK ONLINE HERE

Slow Pig Feast on Dewslake Farm

Join us for an evening of feasting to celebrate the best local produce.

BYO wine and a blanket. We’ll be dining outside, weather permitting.
Camping available, and we’ll be serving brunch on the Sunday, with the likes of pork hash with fried duck egg, breakfast wraps and fresh coffee & juices.

Five Mile Supper Club
on Saturday 3rd October at 7pm
@ Dews Lake Campsite, Lamphey

To start, a selection of mezze, small plates for sharing, for example,
Freshly made flatbreads
Hummus with harissa chickpeas
Marinated feta
 Dewslake sundried tomatoes
  Lamb tagine
Vegetabe tagine
 Tabbouleh, a bulgur salad with fresh mint,
parsley & pemegranate
 Cardamom & rose poached pears
 Pistachio truffles, fresh coffee

This is an sample menu, which may differ slightly, depending on
the best the garden has to offer on the day.

Almost all our ingredients are raised, caught or harvested within a five mile radius.  The meat is our own.  Our salad, herbs and vegetables are grown either at the garden at Dewslake, or at Lamphey Walled Garden, literally just across the road.  The honey is made by my brother’s bees.  The mackerel, we might just catch that ourselves, inside five miles, not telling where…
